COR-ACC700:

Requires 12VDC to lock. If power is lost, the dead bolt is withdrawn so the door is unlocked. A constant, small amount of current is required to maintain the dead bolt when in its locked position.

Use an COR-ACC710 for a housing if you don't already have one.
